FANUC ROBODRILL α-iD series is a small machining center with No.30 spindle. In addition to drilling and tapping, milling and boring are also available. Equipped with ultra-high resolution pulse encoders, nano-level interpolation and feedback enable high-speed, high-precision, high-efficiency machining, achieving extremely smooth machined surfaces.
Additionally, with the 1-axis built-in servo motor rotary table DDR or DDR-T system, indexing time is dramatically shortened, enabling backlash-free, high-speed, high-precision simultaneous 4-axis multi-face machining through direct drive.
