We have fully re-evaluated the machine structure in search of answers.
Through the integration of the tool post and guide bush mounting section, optimization of motor output, and adoption of oil-cooling, we aim to suppress the overall thermal displacement of the machine.
With about 25% miniaturization compared to previous models, significant weight reduction of the spindle has been achieved. 20,000 min-1 normal operating speed is realized through low vibration and agile acceleration/deceleration.
Through miniaturization and reconfiguration of various components, 535mm of machine depth has been eliminated. As a result, machines can be placed in confined spaces within factories.
