The high-functionality X-model with added Y2 axis has arrived.
By equipping the back spindle with Y2 axis, back-side machining is strengthened. Process allocation flexibility is improved, and the maximum tool capacity is increased to 38 tools.
Including the "angle-adjustable end face axis" capable of inclined hole machining, various tool layouts are available for diverse machining applications.
The back spindle drive adopts a built-in motor, achieving a maximum speed of 12,000 min-1. Acceleration and deceleration times are shortened, improving productivity.
The independent technology "LFV" for chip breaking supports Mode 1, Mode 2, and Mode 3.
