The peak of tool-post + turret configuration - the renewed M32.
Through structural analysis and high-rigidity design pursuing the optimal balance between strength and weight, the rigidity crucial for machining has been significantly improved.
A new design cover considering workability has been adopted, and the latest NC device with touch screen HMI operation panel enhances operability and productivity.
The turret rotary tools adopt a single-drive configuration, refreshing the tools. Rotary tool motors for each tool post have also been strengthened.
The tool-post type tool post is equipped with a programmable B-axis (45° on back side, 105° on front side) VIII type. The back tool post is equipped with adjustable 3-tool angle VII and VIII types, supporting more complex machining.
LFV mode 1/2 and mode 3 (OP.) can reduce chip-related issues in various machining operations, applicable not only to straight machining surfaces but also to tapers, arcs, drilling, and internal thread cutting.
