Japan's TAKISAWA is a machine tool brand with a long history, having accumulated rich manufacturing experience in the CNC lathe field. TAKISAWA lathes feature integral cast iron bed structures that have been aged to maintain dimensional stability over long-term use. The slideways are equipped with hardened guideways or roller linear guides with preload design, keeping the turret stable during cutting. This structural design helps handle cutting of various workpiece materials.

TAKISAWA EX series, NEX series and other CNC lathes are equipped with high-torque spindle motors and high-precision turrets, suitable for both roughing and finishing operations. Their thermal barrier design and compensation technology monitor and compensate for thermal deformation, helping maintain dimensional stability during prolonged machining.
