TAKISAWA – TMX2000
-Ensure the operability and safety of the large axial stroke to expand the scope of the target workpiece!
Larger axial stroke can be achieved, X-axis is 640 mm, Y-axis is 230 mm, and Z-axis is 690 mm. Due to the large stroke and fixed by the C-axis (spindle), highly precise machining such as milling and end face drilling can be completed in one clamping.
-By integrating the processing range and reducing the processing tools, the efficiency is higher.
The indexing function of the tool spindle (B axis) expands the processing range and can easily cope with various workpieces. The tool spindle can perform high-precision indexing of ±130° per 1°, allowing one tool to integrate different technological processes.
-High-quality turning processing
The turning tool is positioned and fixed to the tool spindle through the highly accurate indexing coupling of the tool spindle and milling spindle, and multifunctional tools can be used for outer diameter turning.
